SINGAPORE, KOMPAS.com - A young mother (new baby) eating soup made from the placenta because they believe that the soup would make the youth and improve the appearance, according to a sinshes said.
Sinshes known as Sam says, he has obtained an order of the placenta, especially of the Malaysian community. Currently, women use the placenta to make soup, soup iotu believe that drinking would increase their energy levels and accelerate postpartum recovery, so he told the Daily Metro, as reported by TheStar Online.

"In addition to drinking the soup for health reasons, some young mothers are also dry the placenta to make other dishes. They believed that the placenta makes hormones that will help them have a stable and psychological bonding with their children," said Sam, who was practicing in New Johor.

He said the women thought that the placenta soup drinking for health benefits. "But they did not consider the risk of bacteria infections," said Sam.

Meanwhile, Chairman of State Women, Family, Community and Health Committee, Dr Robia Kosai said that eating the placenta is a strange habit. But he says he has so far not received a complaint due to consuming this placenta.

Her “San Francisco in Jell-O” installation received media coverage from the likes of the New York Times, San Francisco Magazine and other reputed members of the media.


To create her lovely miniature landmarks, from Jell-O, Liz Hickok first makes scale models of the structure she wants to reproduce, which she uses to make molds. Each element is then cast in Jell-O, placed on the set, which is dramatically illuminated from the back or from underneath.

Sadly, Jell-O buildings decay pretty fast, and all that remains are the photos, which you can admire below.
