Sky Village in Japan

The Sky Village will be built in the Tohoku region, northeast Japan, which in 2011 ago destroyed by the earthquake. Although it sounds like a dream, Sako sure the design can be realized.
Caused by the earthquake last year, the Japanese government plans to invite people to leave the villages hit by tsunami and relocate residents to a higher area, farther from shore.
According to Sako, the Japanese government’s plan is not quite right. Sky Village development plan is more appropriate because it does not require that residents leave the area.
“How do you live safely in the lowlands? The choice is just to build an artificial construct high buildings,” said Sako.
“Now, if you make it to a box-shaped, it may be directly hit by the tsunami. So I think the government should build a structure of a circle with a steel foundation,” said Sako.

The design of a circle or oval is very important. If the box-shaped building, the water from the tsunami waves will directly hit. If the oval-shaped building, the water will flow to the side.
The gate will completely closed during tsunami so that water can not enter. Electricity supplied by renewable energy that can still operate. There is also a lithium battery backup.
